Much of what’s written on product management focuses on the science - frameworks, methodologies, and models. The art stays overlooked, dismissed as soft skills. It’s the art that sets apart great PMs. Communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, curiosity, and consciousness are skills we should invest more into. (
